Stevns Lighthouse was built of chalk stone from Stevns Klint in 1878. The lighthouse is open to the public and with its height of 27 meters, which provides a breathtaking view of the fields and the sea. Stevns Lighthouse is beautifully located on the edge of Stevns Clint. Here, on the highest point of the cliff, you can visit two lighthouses and see the remnants of the Cold War. In spring and autumn, you can experience spectacular bird migration because every year millions of birds migrate past the Stevns lighthouse. You can also see an exhibition about the UNESCO World Heritage Site Stevens-Clint and the geology of the rock. The postcard has a 2022 postcrossing stamp that was canceled in Stuttgart.
